Antiquarian Summer Fair

Attic treasures and bargains galore are some of the delights of this old-fashioned New England fair, held under a big tent on our sweeping lawn overlooking Plymouth harbor.

Gates open promptly at 10 AM and browsers are welcome, free of charge! Can’t wait to see what’s on offer? Special 9:30 AM Early Bird Admission is $10 per person.

Our themed gift baskets are back this year, overflowing with fabulous items. Take your chance to win one: raffle tickets are $1 each or 6 for $5. Click here to read a description of the baskets and to purchase tickets online. Drawing for winners will take place at 3 PM.

Weaving demonstrations will be offered from 10 AM to 12 PM by Jim and Leslie Lyman. Children can practice weaving on our looms and play period games throughout the event.

Musicians will perform on the lawn as part of the Plymouth Bay Cultural District’s PorchFest. Come listen to students from Break a Leg Theater Works from 12 to 2 PM and The Tupelo Honey from 3 to 5 PM.

The historic 1809 Hedge House will be open for tours during the event from 10 AM to 2 PM. Admission is $6/adult, $3/child, free for Plymouth residents and PAS members.

All proceeds support the Plymouth Antiquarian Society’s mission to preserve and share local history.
