104th Annual Meeting

Members and friends are cordially invited to attend the 104th Annual Meeting of the Plymouth Antiquarian Society.

7:00 pm          Business Meeting: Reports on 2023, Election of Officers & Trustees, Bylaws Review & Strategic Plan Presentation

8:00 pm          Old Houses, New Discoveries: Executive Director Anne Mason, Ph.D., will share some of the exciting discoveries recently made by architectural historians through close study of the Hedge House and the Spooner House. Sometimes walls can talk!

Menu includes: Cheese & Fruit Board, Mixed Green Salad, Rolls, Chicken Marsala, Smothered Prime Rib, Roasted Potatoes, Grilled Asparagus, Fresh Berry Shortcake, Coffee & Tea. Cash bar.

Prepaid reservations are required by Thursday, November 2. Tickets are nonrefundable.

BYLAWS REVIEW

The Board of Trustees proposes that the members of the Plymouth Antiquarian Society amend the bylaws as outlined in the attached file. The proposed changes were drafted by the Executive Committee and reviewed by the Board of Trustees on September 7, 2023. The Board unanimously approved them for presentation to the membership at the Annual Meeting on November 3, 2023. The proposal will require a two-thirds vote of approval by those members present.
